☞ Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must be graduating students. For undergraduate students, this refers to those entering their senior year; for master’s and doctoral students, those in their second year or above. Priority will be given to students who rank first in overall academic performance within their department or program (calculated separately by academic level).
Conduct grades must exceed 80 in every semester. If there are any exceptions, please provide an explanation.

The application form must be reviewed and officially approved (signed/stamped) by the applicant’s department or graduate institute before submission.
Please mail the application to the Department of Public Administration and Policy, National Taipei University by October 3, 2025 (postmark date will be considered as proof of submission).
