Department of Public Administration and Management. NUTN.

About Us
  • History

Established in 2006 as a transformation of the Social Education Department, the Department of Public Administration and Management at National Tainan University aims to cultivate skilled administrative professionals for both government and private sectors. Its mission is to support administrative modernization and economic development in the 21st century.

  • Key Features

The programs are structured into two distinct fields: the Public Administration Program and the Management Program, covering both the public and private sectors. Our curriculum integrates modern industrial organization principles into the management of administrative institutions and public policies, providing students with a deeper and broader understanding of both sectors and their interactions.

Students have the flexibility to select elective courses based on their interests, allowing them to develop essential administrative and management skills. Their career prospects will be significantly enhanced after graduation, especially when combined with proficiency in language and information processing.

  1. To cultivate professional administrative personnel for government agencies and private enterprises.
  2. To promote domestic and international collaboration in research and practical experience.
